Swim Well is our new 12-week course designed to help adults of all levels feel more relaxed, aligned, and at home in the water. Whether you’re returning to swimming, looking to improve technique, or just starting your aquatic journey, this programme will guide you step-by-step with the Shaw Method’s mindful, body-friendly approach.
Built Around 3 Core Principles
Alignment – Learn to streamline your posture in the water, enhancing mobility and reducing strain on joints and muscles.
Breath Awareness – Master calm, controlled breathing to feel more grounded, relaxed and in sync with your movements.
Sustainability – Develop techniques that help you swim effortlessly and confidently for the long term—without burnout or injury.

Weeks 1–4: Find Your Foundation

Weeks 5–8: Explore the Art of Front Crawl

Learn how to coordinate your arms for a smooth, sustainable stroke

Sync your breath with your movements for rhythm and ease
Expect to feel more in control of your stroke and enjoy the sense of gliding through the water.
Weeks 9–12: Breaststroke, Reimagined

Learn the signature wave-like movement at the heart of Shaw Method Breaststroke
