–  Welcome and Introduction to the break
– 1 Individual Shaw Method lesson
– 1 Individual Alexander Technique lesson
– 5 Group pool sessions
– 3 Group dry land sessions
– Individualised stroke analysi
– Closing session
–  2 nights’ accommodation/meals

 Intensive training with Steven Shaw

–  4-5 days intensive coaching in groups
–  Daily individual 1-1 coaching
–  Dedicated group classes
–  Individual swimming video analysis
