Before booking a lesson with us, please read our cancellation policy carefully. And please note that we offer credit notes only for cancelled tuition.

Private lessons *

• Cancellation may be requested by telephone only.
• We require a minimum of 24 hours notice within our opening hours (Mon-Fri 0900-1700).
• Failure to provide this notification with incur the full charge.
• Should you cancel more than 24 hours before the lesson we will re-schedule/transfer your credit to alternative tuition.
• For sessions scheduled on Sunday and Monday cancellation is required by 1700 on the previous Friday.
• We reserve the right to cancel/change any lesson scheduled.
• Please note that any credit for issued in lieu of cancelled lessons must be used within six months of issue.

Workshops*

• For courses beginning on Sunday and Monday cancellation is required by 1700 on the previous Friday.
• Should you miss an individual session during the course we are unable to provide a refund or credit.
• We reserve the right to cancel/change any workshop scheduled.
• Please note that any credit for issued in lieu of cancelled lessons must be used within six months of issue.

The cancellation policy is extended during bank holidays when the office is closed. This means that lessons booked for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday need to be cancelled by 1700 on the previous Thursday by phone.
