I started swimming competitively aged 9 having learnt to swim aged 5.
I have been teaching swimming for 15 years, alongside my previous job as a flight dispatcher at Gatwick Airport. After a back injury in 1999 I decided to complete the Shaw Method Diploma accredited by Middlesex University.
I enjoy teaching all ages and abilities helping them re-discover swimming free of stress and tension, with a sense of freedom in the water.
