I learnt to swim age 5 and began swimming competitively from age 9, mostly individual medleys and butterfly. I was Sussex County 100m butterfly champion at age 13.

I worked in the City of London for 16 years.  In 2004 I decided on a change of direction and completed the Shaw Method Diploma accredited by Middlesex University.

I enjoy sharing my experience of relaxation and freedom in the water with people of all ages and abilities.
